Capturing the Beauty of the Natural World

Welcome to my little corner of the web, where I share my passion for landscape photography. For me, photography is more than just capturing an image—it’s about telling a story, evoking emotion, and immersing the viewer in the beauty of the natural world. Based in South Devon, I spend my time exploring the stunning coastlines, rugged moorlands, and dramatic landscapes of the South West and beyond.

My journey into photography began many years ago with a 120mm roll film camera, sparking a lifelong fascination with light, composition, and the power of an image. After years in IT security and web design, I’ve turned my focus towards landscape photography, blending traditional techniques with modern digital tools. Now, I aim to create images that not only showcase the grandeur of a scene but also capture the fleeting moments that make each location unique.

On this website, you’ll find my latest photographic adventures, insights into my creative process, and reviews of the gear I use. Whether I’m out in the wild with my Fujifilm GFX100S II or experimenting with vintage lenses, I’m always seeking new ways to push my creativity. I also share tips and resources for fellow photographers looking to refine their skills or find inspiration.

If you enjoy exploring the outdoors through photography, I invite you to follow along. Feel free to browse my blog, check out my latest projects, or get in touch if you’d like to collaborate.
